Susan Alotrico is a stage and film actor, teaching artist and educator. She has been a commercial actor and have been in dozens of theatrical performances in the Seattle area. She trains regularly with a theatre troupe focused on physical theatre storytelling without words. Susan received training at Freehold Theatre Lab Studios Seattle. She has background in broadcasting as a radio and TV announcer/reporter in the Eastern and Western Washington markets. Susan's skills include horse backing riding, athletics and adventure sports.

Acting is Susan's passion. It has always been there burning faithfully, patiently waiting for the moment to flare up and demand attention, like the cries of a hungry child. To be in that creative space allows her to connect with others on an elemental level which creates joy.

Susan is an excellent speaker and has spent many hours in front of the classroom, boardroom and microphone presenting subjects ranging from environmental education and clean air to healthy children and families. She founded a theatre collective which received a grant to lead drama workshops for homeless youth in Seattle. Her passion also extends to her work at a not-for-profit human service organization in King County where she is Vice-President of Community Resources.
