Lindsay is a Northwest native who spent her early years
performing on a different kind of stage: competitive
gymnastics. Acting was a natural progression for her when
she started high school, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Her gymnastics experience wasn’t all for naught, though; she
is still very skilled at walking on her hands.
She graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington
University, receiving her degree in Theatre Arts with
concentrations in Acting and Educational Drama. She
performed in over fifteen productions during her time at WWU,
was a member of the university’s improvisational theatre
group, and took part in a children’s outreach touring
program called M.O.Tley Crew. While attending Western she
also was honored to do a staged reading of "Only We Who
Guard the Mystery Shall Be Unhappy" with the piece’s
playwright, Tony Kushner.
Some of her favorite past roles include Squeaky Fromme in
Assassins, Amelia in The House of Bernarda Alba, Lulu in
Ping Chong’s Kind Ness and Gertie in Lot’s Daughters by
Rebecca Basham.
Lindsay currently lives in Seattle with her husband, Chad,
and two lively cats named G.O.B. and Tobias. Her favorite
pastimes include bicycling, traveling abroad, writing,
crafting her own greeting cards, and winter-time activities
of any kind. Lindsay works well with children, possesses a
Washington State motorcycle endorsement, and is fluent in
American Sign Language.
