The Secret of Happiness: Helping Others

Life is pretty good here in the United States. We have access of health care, clean water
from the tap, food banks, etc. Most of us have no idea how much the rest of the world
struggles just to stay alive on a daily basis. Penny has had the good fortune to travel to some
faraway places– from Bhutan, Ghana, and Ethiopia to other exotic places. Penny has endless
material and great stories to share with video’s, artifacts, and what lessons there are to
learn from other cultures where people survive on much less, and what happens to us
internally when we reach out to help them?
