Premier Talent NW has developed two individually-designed evaluations to walk the client through career history, interest levels, skill-groupings, market-environment, and season-of-life factors.

Market Research
Premier Talent NW has a two-phased approach to market research for each client, which includes analysis of current market and trends.

Strategic Plan Development
Premier Talent NW will take the evaluations and market research and create a comprehensive strategic plan for future career growth and diversification. The strategic plan focuses on goal orientation and fulfillment. It clearly establishes a path for the client to pursue in attaining their goals and objectives.

Tactical Plan Development
Premier Talent NW takes the strategic plan and breaks it down into a tactical plan. Simply put, it becomes the “who, what, where, and when” of implementing the strategic plan. It becomes the official blueprint from which we accomplish the goals and objectives set forth in the strategic plan.

Prioritization and Goal Setting
Premier Talent NW follows the planning process with prioritization and planning exercises.

Bi-Annual Plan Review
Premier Talent NW reviews and updates the strategic and tactical plan twice annually to ensure that the client is staying on track and achieving the objectives and goals as set out by the plan. These meetings also give the client the opportunity to review the career plan and adjust to any new opportunities or interests as they occur.
