Stephanie Horton's passion is Common Courtesy. In 1996,
she started her own business, Top Dog Etiquette (formerly
Pacific Rim Protocol) simply dedicated to old-fashioned good
manners. Known as the "Common Courtesy Coach" of the Pacific
Northwest, Stephanie is a professional speaker who
entertains and energizes audiences from all walks of life in
the much-appreciated art of good graces, at work and at
home.
She is a graduate of the University of Washington, holds an
etiquette certification from The Protocol School of
Washington, D.C., and is a Certified Meetings Professional (CMP).
Stephanie is the author of “Are Bad Manners Driving your
Clients Crazy?” and "Full House…Selling Rooms & Space with
Style & Grace." Her Charm Farm™ Executive Etiquette seminars
are a popular addition to any convention, conference or
on-site training program.
