"I Thank you so much for such a
wonderful presentation at last evening's Etiquette
Dinner at Western Washington University. I had an
amazing time and can't believe how much I didn't
know or didn't even think of about proper etiquette!
I attended the Career Fair on campus this morning
and was complimented several times on my handshake .
. . thank you!"

"I found your Charm Farm
seminar very helpful and I hope to add more depth to
my interactions with people in formal business or
social environments. I think that your teachings
about etiquette and protocol are necessary and
important for EVERYONE."
